This qualification is designed solely for those have been working in the electrotechnical industry as a practicing electrician for a minimum of 5 years and wish to work toward an ECS Installation Electrician Gold Card using the experienced worker route; which this qualification forms part of.
The 18th edition wiring regulations course has been designed for electricians, contractors and those requiring a working knowledge of the latest edition of the Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 qualification. The course is delivered online and provides in-depth training on the 18th edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (incorporating Amendment 1) and will include a summative 2 hour online exam.
